This is Hozuki's specialty Wagyu beef offal hot pot course! You can choose from 5 types of broth (garlic soy sauce, yuzu salt koji, premium white miso, kimchi miso, and chicken hot pot), so you can enjoy a flavor that suits your taste.In addition, the chef's recommended salad and Tatsuta-age (deep-fried chicken) are included♪ For the final course of the hot pot, you can choose between udon noodles, ramen noodles, or rice porridge.
